Leasing & Reporting

We take care of the front to end leasing process, monthly rent collection and move out inspection. Each month, you will receive an Owner’s Statement along with your Earnings disbursement.

Maintenance coordination

We set up maintenance contracts including utilities, yard service and pest control. We also coordinate all necessary maintenance repairs for your property.
